Introduction: Domestic violence against women is a serious public health concern in every community and culture (Hyman I 2000). It has drawn attention from the medical community because it has a negative and harmful impact on the mental, physical, and social health of women (Heise L et al 1999) (Jewkes R 2002),( Diaz O.2002) and (Keeling J 2004). The world health organization reports that the proportion of women who had ever experienced physical or sexual violence or both by an intimate partner ranged from 15% to 71%, with the majority between 29% and 62% (who 2007).

Background: In bilateral partial edentulous condition modified Mc Lean’s Impression technique is most commonly advised, this over impression procedure may be time consuming clinically and possible errors too can be induced while recording. The purpose of this study was to determine the efficacy ofsingle custom tray using medium body elastomeric impression material overmodified Mc Lean’s impression procedure using Zinc oxide eugenol impression paste. Material and Methods: Six patients were selected with bilateral edentulous span in mandibular arch with at least all the molars missing.

Cracked Tooth Syndrome is a common condition. In a major percent of cases etiology is primarily the after effect of a dental procedure .The patient is often unable to identify the offending tooth or quadrant involved, and may report a history of a dental procedure with unsatisfactory results. Clinicians need to have a thorough understanding regarding this concept to mitigate the commencement of crack propagation in tooth after a restorative procedure.

Breast carcinoma is the most frequent cancer in the women, following the lung carcinoma worldwide. Even in the India breast carcinoma has over taken cervical cancer in many parts. Significance of this study is to see the number of breast cancer patient in the tertiary care hospital. Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective study for a period of 3 years 2010 June to 2013 June. Results: Out of 279 cases of the breast lesion, 117 were of breast carcinoma with most presenting in the late stage due to lack of awareness and social stigma.

Background: It has been suggested that restoration of altered neurodynamics can lead to reduction in pain and improvement in physical function. Therefore a relationship should exist between neurodynamics and physical activity (PA). So the aim of present study was to find out the prevalence and magnitude of relationship of neurodynamics with physical activity in young and healthy individuals. Methods: This cross-sectional study included 50 young healthy subjects (age of 20.62±2.13yrs) with normal neurological status.

The objective of the present work was the synthesis of 2- (2, 3, 4, and 5 substituted phenyl) 3-hydroxy-4H-Chromen-4-one and evaluation of in-vitro antimicrobial activity. Conventional fixed partial dentures, implant supported Fixed Partial Dentures (FDPs) and removable partial dentures are the most common treatment modalities for the aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of partially edentulous patients. Hard and soft tissue undercuts are frequently encountered in the fabrication of prosthesis in partially as well as completely edentulous arches. Removable cast partial dentures are used as definitive removable prostheses when indicated, but location of clasps may affect aesthetics.

Aim: Osteoporotic patients require particular attention during implant placement, and bone density has been established as a simple method to assess local bone quality and primary implant stability. This study aimed to examine and significantly correlate the relationship of local bone density volumetric analysis as assessed by the CBCT in a group of osteopenic and osteoporotic patients. Materials and Methods:A total of 30 patients were included in the study.
