The current study investigated the effect of Board Leadership Capacity on Firm’s Economic Sustainability of Financial Services companies in Nigeria. Secondary data were obtained from published financial reports and accounts of active Financial Services companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange Group for ten years (2011 – 2020). The variables of interest are, Board Meeting, Board Independence, Board Diversity, while the dependent variable Economic Sustainability was proxied as Tobin Q (TOBQ).

Background: The academic year of 2020-2021 is confronted with challenges and adjustments as traditional modalities of handling classes shifted to the virtual world. In consonance with the successive diverse-perspectives and challenges teachers go through, quality instruction might be affected. Objectives: The objective of this research is to explore the different facets of teaching grade IX biology among teachers in the province of Isabela.

Background: With the advancements of health sector around the world, this study aims to compile the different genetic diseases present in Quirino and Isabela province in the Philippines in order to provide a knowledge to the community and prevent this genetic disorder in the future. Objectives: The objective of this research is to know the common genetic disorder present in the province of Isabela and Quirino, Philippines. Methods: The researcher use mixed methods of secondary data analysis or archival study and selective interview.

Background: With the advancements of education sector around the world, this study aims to compile the practices of public high school teachers teaching Grade 9 Biology and determine which of these said practices are the best. Objectives: The objective of this research is to know the practices of science teachers in teaching grade 9 biology and to determine which of these practices are considered to be the best. Methods: This research utilized a qualitative-quantitative method using a structured interview form administered through Google Forms.

This article questions personhood and normative desire in albinism in African literature in the fictional work of Tara Sullivan’s Golden Boy. It draws attention on the representation of disability in albinism and analyse how this shape identity, personhood, and normalcy in characters with albinism. Using Mary Douglas’s concept of dirt, the paper argues that the disability associated with albinism body forms a central plot of narrative resulting into negative body imagery which affects the identity and personhood of the persons with albinism.

The objective of this paper is to assess the with respect to access to eye care services in The Gambia. More specifically in this paper, the scorecard assesses the level at which people have access to eye care services. The research employed both quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings disclosed that in the Gambia, majority of eye care service centers are in the urban areas which leaves the rural dwellers with no choice but to travel long distances to access eye care services facilities.

In the Audit Industry, there are a lot of players but there is major Four firms that are mainly taken into consideration which are EY, KPMG, PWC, and Deloitte and Touche. These firms are expected to have quality standards when it comes to ethical practice and understanding as they are regarded as well-trained professionals and third-party entities. However, there seems to be a contrary standpoint as these firms are found wanting in some of the corporate scandals in which the firms were fined huge sums of money.

This study investigated The object of our study is to examine the relationship between absenteeism and school failure. It concerns a sample composed of 50 4th graders from the Lycée Moderne de Cocody Angré. This sample is obtained from the method or sample technique by reasoned and criterion-based choice. These students were submitted to a questionnaire to assess their level of absenteeism. The results show that the average rate of absenteeism obtained by the subjects who fail without a diploma is significantly higher than that of the subjects who fail with a diploma.

El presente artículo explora la potencialidad del paradigma de la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) y su impacto en la competitividad de las empresas de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC). En primer lugar, se define el concepto, analizando cómo ha evolucionado desde los años 70, para, posteriormente, trazar un cuadro general acerca de las perspectivas que la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa abre una región como la latinoamericana.
