MSMEs are the drivers of growth in developing countries. They are contributing to employment, GDP, and exports. Majority of the industries in India are small and medium enterprises. Karnataka state is one of the industrially developed state in India. Large number of MSMEs are operating in Karnataka. However, Shivamogga District is one the industrially developing district in the Karnataka state. Good number of micro and small industries are located in the district. Few large scale industries are also located in the district.

The study examined impact of global financial crisis on the Nigerian stock market performance from 2008 to 2016. The study used three independent variables (foreign exchange rate, foreign direct investment on the Nigerian stock market and foreign reserves) and one dependent variable (stock market capitalization). Test carried out include unit root test and ordinary least square.

Background: Obesity is recognized as a major health problem in the world, obesity is accompanied with reduce postural control and stability and could be one cause of risk of fall and also is increase various musculoskeletal disorders including impairment of the spine. Objective: was conducted to investigate the effect of body mass index (BMI) on lumber flexibility and on risk of falls. Subjects: 87 adult subjects of both genders with their ages ranged from 20 to 40 years participated in this study. Subjects were classified into 3 groups according to BMI.

Aluminium alloys are now widely preferred in industrial applications due to their low density and high strength values. The properties of these alloys can be further improved by precipitation hardening heat treatment. For this purpose, the temperature and time used in the precipitation hardening process plays a very effective role on the performance of the material. Therefore, in this study, the effects of artificial aging heat treatment on mechanical properties and corrosion behaviour of AAXXX alloy were investigated.

As per the previous research scholars finance and accounts both are technically different subjects but in my research paper we tried to present that both subjects are interrelated to each other. As per our study finance teach us about the concept whereas accounts teach us about the methodology. For example Ratio analysis, Cash flow budget, Trend analysis all these techniques help in studying the financial performance of any company, and all these techniques include both accounting and financial techniques together.

The main aim of this study was to analyse cost management and account management practices of public quoted manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka. Research method used in this study was an applied research method, whilst the research strategy employed was a survey research strategy. Sample for the study consisted of 70 public quoted manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka. Findings from the study revealed that the main costing method used by public quoted manufacturing companies in Sri Lanka is activity based costing, followed by process costing and job costing.

We have studied the effect that the omni channel Framework has had on the role of Sales person in Apparel Retailing in India. Data was collected through questionnaires that filled by the consumers as well as the business owners.

This paper is addresses to ‘untouchable’ peoples who are living in India. These peoples are identified as ‘untouchables’ in the country of India. There are lots of castes in India who are identified ‘untouchables.’ But these people were called before ‘Dalit’ when constitution has come to in being ‘Dalit’ word is dropped and introduced ‘untouchables.’ These peoples are very poor, sincere, combative and loyal. From the ancient period we can see these peoples were harassed, exploited, extorted and molestated by the aristocratic people.
