The study ascertained the best fit model for the attitude toward guns and violence of police officers in Region XII in relation to aggression, organizational control, and conflict management. This quantitative non-experimental research used the descriptive-causal design. Structural equation model (SEM) was employed in this study with 400 police officers as respondents selected through stratified sampling technique. Data were collected using structured, standardized instruments which were tested for content validity and reliability.

This study explored the experiences of Lesbian Police Officers assigned in Cebu City Police Office (CCPO). This study utilized the qualitative research method and employed a phenomenological approach through in-depth interviews.

The study explored the work experiences of the Barangay Public Safety Officers (BPSO) in Barangay Paknaan, Mandaue City.
