This is a survey research designed to obtain from tutors and students, solutions to corrupt practices in secondary schools in Delta State of Nigeria. Secondary schools teachers and students were randomly chosen to respond to an open-ended questionnaire to obtain information for answering three research questions. The respondents were specifically demanded to suggest ways to achieve a corruption-free secondary education and to tackle fraud within the system. They were also required to propose ways to institute transparency and accountability in secondary schools.

New Mutual Fund product has been major component of competitive strategy to improve investor’s objective and their profitability. There are several mutual fund products available and there is an expectation from asset management companies to customize a new mutual fund product based on the investors’ expectations and their objectives.

Nigeria’s foreign policy since independence is that of commitment to peace, security, territorial integrity and economic prosperity. It is committed to economic integration and sub-regional peace through ECOWAS which forms a building block for the integration and unity of Africa in general. The current study provides the comparison of EFL teachers’ performance of both Government and private institutes at Higher Secondary level in Pakistan. The sample population was from three districts Sahiwal, Okara and Khanewal (Punjab) Pakistan. Total number of six colleges was selected for the survey. Simple random sampling technique was applied in the collection of data from the population. Data was analysed on SPSS version 16.The results of English subject of all institutes for last three years were accessed to analyse.

The conflict between the Awami League and the BNP (Bangladesh Nationalist Party) is ingrained in the history of Bangladesh spanning more than three decades. This paper delineates the history of the interaction between the two parties as well as explaining the militant activities of both as a part of the cultural environment in Bangladesh. Finally, I explain the distinction between social membership in anyone of these parties and the participation of elements of each party in violent activity.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influences of Management Accounting System (dimensions of Quality Objectives/QO, Quality Feedbacks/QF, and Quality Incentives/QI) and Process Quality Management (PQM) to Products Quality Performance/PQP (Internal Quality and External Quality) using regression analysis. This research was conducted at the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the analysis unit employees who work associated with the production process.

Green The purpose of this paper is to propose how can a generalized view of Darwinism can be capitalized on to argue for an evolution theory of marketing research. It is argued that the stages of variation, selection and replication in Darwinism thinking are analogous in conjunction to the encoding, application and decoding phases of evolutionary marketing research. This research concludes that such triangulated should lead to enhanced academic comprehension of marketing phenomena, insights and outlooks.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of user ability, top management support and user involvement to the quality of the accounting information system and its implications on the quality of accounting information. The unit of analysis in this study is the head accounting staff of 55 colleges in Bandung-Indonesia. The results showed that the user ability, top management support, user involvement have a significant effect on the quality of accounting information systems.

This research will study the relationship between HRM ethics, CSR and its impact on employer brand. (or) A question that arises in this context is then how the two constructs – HRM ethics and CSR – are correlated and what is their impact on the employer brand? To achieve the aim of this research, it is divided into three main sections. In the first section, a theoretical framework related to ethical HRM, CSR and employer brand is outlined.

Building up of a value based work culture is expected to be inherent in every educational setting. The emphasis of this research paper is to set up a preventive measure and fair procedure to develop a better and reliable organisational culture in educational institutions, free from issues of sexual harassment and exploitation. In doing so this paper will look at the recent developments in the arena of sexual harassment, the mandatory legal requirements for implementing policy that act as deterrent to and safeguard victim of sexual harassment at schools, colleges and universities.
