This study evaluates the level of methodological transparency and potential reproducibility in patent-based technological prospecting dissertations developed within the Professional Graduate Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation (PROFNIT). A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, resulting in the analysis of 23 dissertations defended between 2016 and 2026. The study applied an adapted methodological compliance checklist based on international standards for patent landscape studies.

The paper on the topic:„ Information Systems on the Sound of Međimurje: Međimurje Songs as Confirmation of Međimurje's Belonging to the Croatian Cultural, Ethnic and Territorial Space“, explores the importance of folk songs, the intangible cultural heritage of Međimurje, which was the key evidence of the identity of the Međimurje Croats in Međimurje who found themselves in Hungary at the beginning of the 20th century.

Ports as a significant pillar of India trade and logistics infrastructure have impressive large macroeconomic impacts as well. This research paper studies the factors of top operational indicators for major Indian ports along with its relationship with macroeconomic variables such as GDP, Exports & Imports in India from 2018–19 to 2022-23. A methodology Pearson’s correlation analysis has been used to see whether operational efficiency indicators available can be correlated with their related possible national economic performance indicators for ports.

Higher education in rural regions plays a vital role in promoting inclusive development, particularly through colleges offering traditional streams such as Arts, Commerce, and Science in Maharashtra. This study examines the administrative challenges and opportunities faced by these institutions, with special reference to the impact of the COVID-19 and the implementation of the National Education Policy 2020. The findings reveal that challenges such as lack of resources, financial constraints, and shortage of qualified teachers continue to persist.

Le présent article présente les résultats empiriques d'une enquête de terrain menée auprès de la communauté Luba du Kasaï (RDC) sur les perceptions intergénérationnelles des technologies numériques et de l'intelligence artificielle (IA). À partir d'une méthodologie qualitative combinant entretiens semi-directifs approfondis (79 participants), focus groups intergénérationnels, observation participante et ethnographie numérique, l'étude met en lumière un clivage générationnel structurant.
