This analytical study examines India’s evolving legal framework for climate change mitigation amid growing international and domestic pressures. Recognizing India’s dual status as a major emitter and highly climate-vulnerable nation, the study evaluates the legal, institutional, and policy architecture governing mitigation efforts. It explores foundational environmental statutes, constitutional doctrines, regulatory agencies, and judicial interventions that collectively shape India’s climate response.

This study is in line with theories on the social factors of delinquency. It analyzes marginal behavior and subculture in relation to the goal of survival, as developed by women petty traders through adaptive strategies and logics. The research involved a sample of 150 adolescent girls selected using the itinerary and areal techniques and administered a questionnaire and interview guide. Systemic, dialectical and ethnographic methods were used. Data were processed both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude menée dans le département de Zouan-Hounien, à la frontière entre le Libéria et la Côte d’Ivoire, sur la circulation du mercure destiné à l’orpaillage artisanal. L’objectif de cette recherche était d’analyser les dynamiques de ce commerce illégal, en identifiant les profils des acteurs impliqués, les circuits d’approvisionnement, les logiques économiques, ainsi que les implications socio-environnementales.

Hindi and Bangla language gradually emerging as two of the most prominent languages not only of the Indian sub-continent but also of the entire world. As per the data of the International Centre for Language studies (2025) Hindi is the fourth most spoken language of the world with 609 million speakers all over the world. On the other hand Bangla or Bengali language has emerged as the sixth most spoken language of the world with 273 million speakers worldwide. Both the languages have distinctive qualities and rich history.

Being proficient in a second language can present difficulties for adult immigrants (Hu, 2016; Chand, 2021; Islam, Ahmad & Islam, 2022; Amoah & Yeboah, 2021; Steber & Rossi, 2021); oral proficiency is considered the most challenging because it demands the display of multiple abilities (complexity, accuracy, and fluency, Kuiken & Vedder, 2018) that have to be used immediately and in real time to have a successful social interaction. Introduction: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is a promising therapy for sickle cell anemia, offering a potential cure. The efficacy of functional foods in stages of gastrointestinal cancer is evidenced by compounds such as prebiotics, probiotics, antioxidants, phenolic compounds, and dietary fibers. Objective: To evaluate the influence of functional foods on the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer. Methodology: This was a bibliographic study of an exploratory-descriptive type with a qualitative approach. The data collection began with a bibliographic survey conducted through research of scientific productions on the proposed theme, covering the period from 2014 to 2024.
